Yin Yoga for the Bladder & Kidney Meridian
This 60 min Yin Yoga practise helps you to channel the Kidney & Bladder meridians and includes Qi Gong postures and floor based work followed by a savasana. The props I will be using include a belt, bolster and block and if you don't have these available, I include some alternatives in the video. Note, this Yin sequence was originally recorded as part of my Winter Masterclass. If you are planning on doing the Masterclass or have already rented it, please be aware that this is a repeat of the same sequence.
Yin Yoga for the Hips & Lower Body
This Yin class is especially focused on the lower body, zoning in on the hip flexers, quads and the glutes. Designed for those times when the hips are really stiff... maybe you've been sitting at your desk a lot or going for long drives in the car? This will hopefully loosen up the lower body and help to free up some qi and blood flow.
