About The Course
Practise & Postures is a brand new Yin Yoga course offered online for the very first time.
Originating as part of Karina's highly successful 50 hour Yin Yoga & Functional Anatomy Teacher Training, this course dives deeply into not only how a yin sequence is put together, but providing a comprehensive understanding of the 'why'.
Learn how to give better cues to your yoga students, discover new variations to classic yin postures, and develop new ways to put together your own Yin sequences.
In her detailed posture breakdowns, Karina will go through each posture from each sequence, where you will learn each possible target area to improve your anatomy knowledge when teaching Yin.
Over 12 video lessons; you'll take part in 6 Yin Yoga Practises and then explore each practise in detail during the 6 corresponding Yin Yoga Posture Breakdowns.
The course is aimed at yoga teachers who are currently teaching yin and yoga teachers wanting to expand their knowledge of yin but students of yin are also incredibly welcome and the content will not feel exclusionary at any point.
Along with the video content, you will also receive a free PDF asana guide handbook with visuals of all of the postures covered in the course.
